Shipping Timeline: Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

Shipping Charges: A standard shipping charge are applicable on all orders. Additional charges may apply for select locations. You can check the shipping charges for your area by entering your pin code on the product page. The total shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed in your cart and at checkout.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of order returns or cancellations. Ashoka reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.

Convenience Charges: Ashoka may levy convenience charges based on factors such as product type, pincode, or shipment size. These charges are separate from shipping charges and will be displayed during checkout. Convenience charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times typically range from 7–10 business days after shipping (business days exclude Sundays and holidays). For remote areas, deliveries may take 10–15 business days, depending on the shipping service. Large or heavy items may require additional time.

Note: Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are tentative and may change after shipment. Unexpected delays due to logistics challenges are beyond our control, but we will make every effort to keep you informed.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, we will share the courier company name and tracking details via your registered email. If you do not receive these details within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder.

Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to three times before returning it to our warehouse. Kindly ensure your contact details, including your mobile number, are accurate for faster deliveries.

Secured Delivery with OTP: For added security, Ashoka uses OTP-based delivery. A six-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp when your package is out for delivery.

Share the OTP only when the delivery agent is physically present at your location.

Caution: Ashoka is not responsible for unauthorized access or misuse of OTP if shared prior to delivery.

International Locations: Currently, we do not deliver to locations outside India.
