At Ashoka Kids, we take pride in delivering quality kids’ garments. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow returns under certain conditions as outlined below.

When Are Returns Not Accepted?

 

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, or used.
  • The damage or color difference is due to lighting, screen resolution, or user handling.
  • The return request is raised after 3 days of delivery.

How to Raise a Return Request?

 

To raise a return request, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@ashokakids.in with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images of the damaged or distorted product
    • Reason for return
  2. Once verified, we will arrange a pickup or guide you with return shipping instructions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue store credit or replacement, depending on your preference.

 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Important Notes

  • No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
  • We only allow replacements or store credit for eligible returns.
  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
